YET — Yaskawa Eshed Technology Ltd. is a technology development powerhouse in the field of advanced motion control. The company was established in 1996.

The company strategy is based on three major business areas:

  • Development, production and sales of motion control products for end users and private label customers.
  • Development of motion control technologies for YET strategic partners and private label customers.
  • Customized projects and tailor-made applications for customers and partners.

YET technologies for high-precision AC servo drivers have been successfully implemented in Yaskawa Electric Corporation products and sold through Yaskawa to the high-end machine makers in the Japanese market. Yaskawa is a Japanese-based, world-leading manufacturer of mechatronics, robotics, servos, controllers and Fab automation products.

Among its advanced technologies, YET’s NCT motion control technology for servo drives significantly enhance as much as 30% the throughput of machines, while shortening settling time to zero and reducing position error dramatically.

The company’s R&D activity has generated a number of international patents.

After proving its ability to develop state of the art technologies – implemented in Yaskawa products – YET produced its own innovative, high-precision AC servo drive series with integrated positioner and embedded programming capabilities, the XtraDrive.

The XtraDrive is based on a unique propriety control technology for high throughput and superior accuracy. Its multiple connectivity options and automated tuning provide an easy integration to the machine.

The primary markets for the high-performance XtraDrive servo drives are: general purpose semiconductors, die bonders, wire bonders, testing and inspection tools, packaging, machine tools, industrial robots, high throughput and accurate machines.

YET is ISO 9002 approved.
